  • Within Neighborhood Connections, there are four user types: Management Users, Power Users, Board Members, and Homeowners (Residents/Tenants).

    Board Members are given the tools needed to operate their HOA efficiently through the platform. Their dashboard is broken into four sections that include:

    • Member Directory to view homeowner information and account status.
    • Board Documents to view and digitally approve/upload bylaws, governing documents, resolutions, budgets, and more.
    • Voting Items to vote instantly and easily on items such as budgets, project collections, and confidential issues. All voting is fully auditable.
    • Web Conferencing to hold meetings in real time with high quality audio and video transmission.

    Board members can manage community calendars and events and publish announcements to the “My Community” bulletin board. They can also send email/text communications to the entire community or specific homeowners/groups.

    Homeowners can manage their account and engage with their community and board members in a simple, easy-to-use platform. They can create/edit profiles, pay homeowners dues, view and download account statements, submit a service ticket, and monitor the status of an open ticket all through a secure and encrypted platform.

    Power Users view and manage functions for the community, including managing folders and documents, calendars, announcements, messaging to board members and homeowners, and voting/polling items. The Power User can also review and approve service tickets.

    Management Users can view a dashboard showing multiple properties and easily switch between properties. They can also perform functions across multiple properties such as messaging and polling functions.

  • Neighborhood Connections works directly with management companies and community associations to set up their unique Community Portal in a secure and encrypted environment. Each portal comes with member portals for Board Members, Homeowners, Power Users, and Management Users. To access a portal, members are given unique permissions.

  • Yes! Plans are available for HOAs and Management Companies of all sizes.
